Distribution of Results
In financial year 2016 Ibersol SGPS, S.A., posted a consolidated net profit of
23,378,471.00 euros and a net profit in individual accounts of 1,310,459.55
euros.
As indicated in the individual management report, the Board of Directors pro-
poses the following appropriation:
Legal reserves
263,000.00 €
Free reserves
1,047,459.55 €
We also propose the allocation of reserves amounting to 2,400,000 euros, accor-
dingly assigning each share a gross dividend of 0.10€. Should the company hold
own shares the same allocation of 0.10€ will be kept for each share in circulation,
thereby reducing total dividends.
