UQ Consult, the Jointly controlled entity, was subject to the equity method according to the group’s shareholding in this company, as indicated in Note 2.3. The shareholding percentages in the indicated companies imply an identical per- centage in voting rights. 5.2. ALTERATIONS TO THE CONSOLIDATION PERIMETER 5.2.1.
