STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK Below we have identified some of the aspects that are generally associated with the Ibersol Group’s business risks. A description will be given of Ibersol’s preliminary understanding of these aspects, as well as the initiatives, processes and resources used to manage them, i.e. to limit negative impacts and/or maximise positive impacts, as well as mitigate risks and/or take advantage of opportunities for the business. The global risk analysis report published by the World Economic Forum at the beginning of 2024, among other sources, was used as a reference for this analysis.
