ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The results achieved are fruit of the work
carried out by a team and, having this in
mind, the members of the Board of Direc-
tors express their gratitude to all employees
of the Group, for their professionalism and
commitment, which were crucial to meet the
goals that we set out for us.
A word of appreciation addressed to the
shareholders, suppliers, franchisers, banking
institutions and remaining partners, as well
as to all our Customers, for the trust given to
the Ibersol Group, allowing us to evolve and
grow, looking at the future with confidence.
We acknowledge the Audit Committee, Au-
ditors and Chartered Accountant for their
cooperation and dedication during the mo-
