We are, therefore, 100% customer-centric, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing their needs, and on shifts in consumer behaviour, de- sires and expectations related to the products and services we offer. This ap- proach allows us to better identify trends to be followed, anticipate concepts and innovate offerings to boost the trust customers place in us. 2017 brought the Ibersol Group new indicators that confirmed that custom- er-oriented continuous improvement is the right strategy. Proof lies in the several certifications of our Management Systems in Food Safety, Quali- ty, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety, which is a rewarding achievement. 96
