CORPORATE PROFILE RISK MANAGEMENT Given the nature of the Ibersol group’s business, our corporate real- ity is highly volatile, permanently exposed to challenges, transforma- tions and changes, which implies an accelerated pace of manage- ment. Only by systematically anticipating risks across all business areas will we be able to define suitable strategies to prevent adversity and to also create an environment conducive to sustainable and continuous improvement. The Ibersol group has risk control mechanisms, which are duly sup- ported by internal procedures and standards. The information available - namely consolidated Financial and Accounting, Human Resources, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing plans, ob- jectives, processes, procedures and indicators - allow us to conduct real-time assessments in different risk scenarios. Concurrently, the Group is prepared to reassess and redefine established strategies and implemented plans, at any time. We are aware of the risks inherent to the Ibersol group’s different activities, and that is why some business areas are managed directly by operating departments, taking their specific nature into account. 22
