Training and Developing the employees, ensuring their Occupational
Safety and Health, hearingwhat they have to say, and caring for their
wellbeing constitute the pillars of the social vector of sustainability
promoted internally by the Ibersol Group. In parallel with the strong
commitment in training to develop the technical and behavioural
skills, Occupational Safety and Health is becoming increasingly signi-
ficant in the Group’s reality, with reflections in the activity of all the
organization. In this context, we should also highlight the promotion
of several moments of leisure and socialization of the employees,
which aim to increase their satisfaction, and to strengthen the bonds
existing between the members within the same work group.
Externally, the focus was kept in the involvement with the commu-
nity in different contexts; always aiming to help with what we have
and what we know how to make. Ibersol commitment ranges from
a strong connection with the school universe, the offering of meals
and food donation, and the establishment of partnerships with se-
veral entities.
