2015 was a year of consolidation of operational skills, and Ibersol
continued to invest in new training methodologies. The end of the
year marked the start of a revision and reconfiguration process for
the Potential and Performance Assessment System, which, combi-
ning rigour and simplicity, will ensure a new stimulus to this process.
Assuming that the Potential and Performance Assessment System
SOL is based in the Ibersol values, focussing inmeritocracy and in the
accomplishments made, the current revision seeks to simplify the
rating instruments of the assessment system and its usage manual.
It is the Group’s aim that the performance assessment is performed
by everyone and that it is simplified in specific areas, such as in roles
that require low complexity like the operators and administratives.
Other purposes to this process are to assess more effectively the
performance and the potential of the teams, accompanying their
sustained growth; to promote the central accessibility of the data;
and to promote the definition of more tangible Professional Deve-
lopment Plans, by encouraging their monitorization and subsequent
evaluation of their implementation.
