In 2013 there was a deepening decline in the full-service
restaurant and delivery segments, in contrast to an up-
turn in the counter service segment.
The loss of liquidity, lower confidence levels and an un-
employment rate that is still very high all contributed to
consumer retrenchment, especially in the higher aver-
age revenue segments.
Despite these constraints, this segment recorded turno-
ver of 65.11 million euros.
