Water
Water is a vital resource for Ibersol’s activity, to assure
unit hygiene and cleaning, especially in work areas and
customer attendance, and for equipment, cooking uten-
sils and dishes, as well as for washing ingredients and
continual hand hygiene for all food handlers.
To foster rational use of this resource,
we highlight the following:
• Extension of the use in kitchen/prep areas of prewash
low-flow sprayers to maintain or improve cleaning
efficiency, reducing the amount of water used.
• Promotion of washing machine use only when full, to
minimize water consumption besides reducing electric
power consumption.
