Ibersol is aware thatmanaging human resources is all about listening,
even more than speaking. Therefore we encourage the relationship
between the employees, taking into consideration their opinions, ex-
pectations, plans and needs. One of the tools available to implement
this concept is the survey entitled ‘Tenha a Palavra’ (Say YourWord),
which constitutes an important source of information for the Group.
In 2015, there was a total of 2,427 participants nationwide, with a glo-
bal participation rate of approx. 64%. In terms of career internships,
the participation included 55% of the Operation employees, and 75%
of theManagement Teamemployees. The result of the survey shows
that the Group achieved a ‘quite positive’ average result, and that all
dimensions received also a positive evaluation. Training, Relationship
with theManagement, andRelationshipwith theColleagues received
thebest scores of the year andconstitute theadded valueof theGroup.
