in Angola and logistics chain regarding the Logistics Chain and Restau-
rant Operations;
- NP EN ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems; NP EN ISO 14001: Envi-
ronmental Management Systems and NP EN ISO 18001: Health and Sa-
fety in the Workplace Management Systems regarding the Management
of the Ibersol Group’s Restaurant Operations (Central Services, common
processes and Vog).
An active human resources management policy and respect for the
environment
The Ibersol Group continues to consolidate policies for best practices in
resource management, namely in the area of energy consumption, which
is embodied in an active sustainability policy. This policy, with positive
collateral effects, has enabled good results to be achieved with significant
improvements from one year to the next.
The Group took a fresh look at the teams, energy consumption, consu-
mables, products and waste, and above all, took on board a strong concern
for changing processes and ways of doing things.
The “Recycling Used Cooking Oil Programme” is perhaps the greatest expo-
nent of that sustainable reality.
