In 2016, the focus was maintained on the 20/20 strategy that began in 2015,
aiming to position the brand among the leaders in Modern Restaurant Ser-
vices in Portugal. This strategy, which is based on meeting Customer expec-
tations, is reflected in the permanent investment in the operations - Product,
Service and Innovation - in valuing the employees, re-vamping the image of
the current restaurants and opening new restaurants.
The brand ended 2016 with 18 units and 238 employees.
