The social vector of sustainability in Ibersol is shown,
internally, in the concern in Training and Developing
the employees, endowing them with the knowledge
and skills necessary to fulfil their jobs, in preserving
their Safety and Health, minimising the risks that they
are exposed to in their workplace, in listeningwhat they
have to say and taking care of their wellbeing, provid-
ing opportunities to get-together and relax in holidays.
From an external point of view, Ibersol is aware of its

role as an employer and trainer, and therefore develops
several initiatives to promote the relationship with the
community. In 2014, the social vector was marked by
the implementation of newmethodologies in training,
and by the initiatives held to prevent accidents and
continuously improve the health of the employees.
On the other hand, many initiatives were developed of
Social Responsibility regarding the Relationship with
the Community, which we will detail below.
