Tenha a Palavra
In order to assess the employee’s perception of the
Company, Ibersol held every year the survey ‘Tenha a
Palavra’ (YouMay Speak), addressed to all employees, so
they can, confidentially, give their opinions and sugges-
tions regarding the Group and to their daily experience.
This survey allows a closer contact with the employees
and a deeper knowledge of their needs and expectations.
Therefore, it constitutes a source of privileged informa-
tion for Ibersol, and is the basis for a direct and focused
intervention from the Businesses and the Company as
a whole.
In 2014,

participated in the survey
“Tenha a Palavra” (You May Speak), what corresponds
to a
global participation rate
of approx. 56%. In terms
of career profiles, the participation included 48%of the
Operation employees, and 69% of the Management
Teams employees
Ibersol achieved a “highly positive” average result with
the 2014th edition of the survey ‘Tenha a Palavra’ (You
May Speak), and all dimensions
received a positive
evaluation
from the Group’s employees.
Training and Relationship with the Management
received the higher scores of the year, which are the
strengths of the Ibersol Group.
Also, and to complement the information gathered,
the survey ‘Tenha a Palavra’ (You May Speak) provides
a sharing area destined to receive suggestions for
improvement without any restrictions regarding the
subject addressed. In 2014, Ibersol received

employees, which took the opportunity to reveal their
reality and share their concerns.
