Pequenos Grandes Chefes’
(Little Big Chefs) Programme
The Ibersol Group is a partner of CONFAP (National Confederation of
the Parents Association) and this partnership has endorsed several
activities with students fromschools fromall over the country, with
the purpose of promoting the best practices of food hygiene and
safety, and to reinforce the knowledge regarding a healthier lifestyle.
In 2015, specifically at theWorld Children’s Day, dozens of students
had the opportunity to participate in the programme ‘
Pequenos Gran-
des Chefes’
(Little Big Chefs) and enjoyed a fun day at the kitchens
of the Group’s restaurants. Besides getting to know the chefs, the
students have the opportunity to participate in a guided tour in the
kitchen and see for themselves how the pizza dough is made, how
the cheese is sliced for the sandwiches, or how the soups are kept
warm, and many other tasks.
We should also highlight that the

tes to this programme, allowing the customers to respond easily to
the invitation ‘
