With the purpose of improving themanagement system, inDecember
2015, we launched the programme Clean2Safe to develop the know-
-how on cleaning of the operational teams, based in innovative me-
thods to developing skills. This programme is structured tomaximize
the results on the quality of cleaning, on the safety of the operators
in performing their tasks, and on a more efficient management of
the entire cleaning process, leading to a reduction of operational
costs and of the ecological footprint, by means of the reduction of
the consumption of plastics and CO
2
emissions.
