Food Quality and Safety
The quality and safety of our products are essential to keep up the
confidence and satisfaction of our customers, and therefore these
are key principles to the Ibersol Group.
In 2015, we continued the consolidation of the Food Safety System
and renewed the certification with the standard NP EN ISO 22000:
Food Safety Management Systems. This standard aims to ensure
the harmonization of the requisites needed to supply end users with
safe food. In line with the principle of being present in all markets in
a responsible way and with processes of reference for the sector it
operates, Ibersol renewed also the certification ISO22000 inAngola,
covering all the logistics and the operations of the KFC restaurants,
and its logistics based at the Viana’s Industrial Pole.
The Ibersol Group seeks to continuously ensure the best quality
standards and to create value to the customers and stakeholders,
by keeping the integratedmanagement system focused in constant
improvement of a more efficient and sustainable value chain. In this
sense, the certification of the integrated management system was
renewed with the standards:
