Used food oils
The production of food oil waste continues to be closely managed
andmonitored, ensuring to route, recycle and enhance value of 100%
of waste produced. In 2015, approx. 285 tonnes of used food oil were
routed towards biodiesel production.
Energy
The implementation of the concept of Energy Efficiency – which is
the responsible for the use of energy and the optimization of energy
consumption without compromising the comfort of the customers
and the employees – implies two lines of action: the change in beha-
viours and the resource to technologies, namely to processes that
help avoiding waste in all phases, and automated systems in order
to ensure reliability of a full operating system.
