• Training, Follow up, Evaluation and Acknowledgement;
• School/company coordination to determine methodologies for development,
supervision, assessment and continual improvement;
• Participation in Class Council meetings;
• A lunch was served to congratulate the trainees who ended the 1st year
during the school year of 2014/2015
Transversal projects involving
Entrepreneurship and Citizenship
• Junior Achievement: 7 Ibersol volunteers participated in 2 classes with the
“Family” program, 2 classes with the “Community” program and 1 class with
the “Europe and I” program, comprising a total of 114 students.
Management Consulting
• Participation in In2 Excellence Management Consulting Program.
The initiatives held in 2015 are summarized in the table below.
The Programme Oporto of the Future was created, in 2007, by the
Oporto City Council, aiming to increase the participation of civil
society in the school reality of the 17 school groupings that exist
in this region. This programme, pioneer on a national level, aims to
develop a culture of knowledge based onmerit, creativity, innovation
and entrepreneurship, and centres its action in conveying the best
practices and knowledge of the businessworld into the schools of the
city. To do so, a group of companies and other parties from the Nor-
thern region of the country are involved, namely the Ibersol Group.
