Regarding academic internships, 54 students from se-
condary school or higher education were given the
chance to acquire experience in a real working context,
putting into practice theoretical knowledge learned in
their courses. Pasta Caffé and Pizza Hut stood out in
hosting such internships.
In turn, the professional internships were often the first
job experience for recently trained youths or those who
had acquired a new qualification. These internships
represent an opportunity to adjust expectations and

Multi-brand business, and the Quality, Purchasing and
Logistics Departments.
