Convinced that the fact of being present in themarkets
in a responsible way and of using reference procedures
in the sector, the Group broadened the certification ISO
22000 in 2014 to its operation in Angola, by certifying
the logistics and operations of the KFC restaurants in
Angola, as well as its Logistics Operator established in
Viana’s Industrial Pole.
These certifications are internationally acknowledged
and establish the standards that organizations have to
follow to ensure the quality, transparency and safety
of their products, as well as the environmental regula-
tions and the matters related to occupational health.
These are values that the Group seeks to share with
the Customers, to whomwe want to deliver excellence.
Allergens Program: For an Informed
Choice
Aware of its responsibility to consciously and precisely
informing its Customers, Ibersol has worked on the is-
sues of allergies and food intolerance, in 2014. Currently,
every Ibersol restaurant has instruments available to in-
formthe customers about the allergens of every product
we provide to them, with the purpose of enabling the
consumers to make informed consumption decisions.
