The Ibersol brands are an integral and irrefutable part of thousands
of people’s everyday life. Therefore Ibersol has an increased res-
ponsibility regarding its offering and the products it provides daily
at the restaurants. In this context, food quality, flavour, diversity
and safety are the pillars that guide the activity of every restaurant
and every brand.
The Group is always attentive to the social phenomena that reflect
changes in the lifestyle of the consumers, so we can adjust our offe-
ring and make it fit the needs and expectations of the customers. In
the context of Product Liability, wework daily to ensure the supply of
balanced and quality food. To that end, we count with the support of
a number of actions and activities that aimto improve the experience
of every consumer. An example is the programme ‘Pequenos Grandes
Chefes’ (Little Big Chefs), targeting schools and school-age children,
and the programme ‘Viva Bem’ (Live Well) - two projects aiming to
promote the dialogue and the relationship with the customers.
