Devotion to Customers
In this area, it is important to highlight themonitoring of FoodQuality
and Safety as being absolutely essential and the basis of the food
service activity. Besides the implementation of all procedures and
legal requirements – from the careful selection of raw-materials to
the monitoring of preparation –, the Group invests continuously in
improving the processes and in tracking the scientific and the industry
developments, to ensure the best customer service.
The Ibersol customer is, in all situations, at the centre of our actions,
and in that sense the customer is the most important stakeholder
of the Group. In a conscious and transversal way, we promote a
culture of proximity and attention towards the client, stimulating a
relationship that goes far beyond buying a product. This approach
requires that we give our full attention to the customer, and it is
