In 2012 Ibersol was also an Escola para a Vida (School for Life) for 25
youths offered academic or professional internships in the Group.

Regarding academic internships, 18 students from se-
condary school or higher education were given the chan-
ce to acquire experience in a real working context,putting
into practice theoretical knowledge learned in their cour-
ses. Burger King and Pizza Hut stood out in hosting such
internships.
The professional internships in turn were often the first
job experience for recently trained youths or those who
had acquired a new qualification. These internships re-
present an opportunity to adjust expectations and the
profile of skills, not just for the interns but also for Iber-
sol as an employer. Professional interns were admitted
into Pasta Caffé and the Multi-brand business in 2012.
