Ibersol is committed to guaranteeing the safety and
protection of its employees and customers.
To that end the workplace health and safety standards
were revised in 2011, with emphasis on fire safety and
self-protection measures meant to prepare employees
to act correctly in an emergency.

Following those efforts, 2012 witnessed the implemen-
tation of restaurant management team training, invol-
ving 18 classroom training actions for a total of 389 em-
ployees. Parallel to this, 599 employees participated in
the safety and health module in a working context.
During a period of accentuated economic contention,
consumers’ buying power has dropped. They are con-
sequently more demanding and carefully choose all the
products and services they acquire.
To enhance the quality of service provided and stay at
the forefront of excellence, in 2012 Ibersol reinforced
its customer service training. These actions involved 379
employees and were meant to consolidate attendance
skills in order to promote excellent service that perfectly
fits customer needs.
