Employee Wellbeing
In the scope of the Ibersol in Movement Programme,
Ibersol aims to get employees and their children invol-
ved in festivities such as Carnival and Christmas.
During Carnival, employees were challenged to take
part in the Group’s usual Mask Contest by sending pho-
tos of themselves or their children dressed or disguised
in accordance with that holiday. The contest counted 68
participations.
At Christmastime employees’ children were invited to
take part once again in the Christmas Drawing Contest,
which in 2012 was also extended to youths up to 16 ye-
ars old. A total of 42 drawings entered the contest.
