Ibersol’s ambition is for all its training programmes to
achieve industry recognition, and for the career paths
it helps build to effectively enhance people’s value. To
that end, Ibersol’s certification by the DGERT (General
Directorate for Employment and Labour Relations) is
guaranteed and best training practices have been iden-
tified and developed. Partnerships have also been es-
tablished with other entities that enable recognition of
Group training programmes.
